“The girls were sad to leave their friends and the excitement of the show,” Tiffany said. “However, they were also relieved to be back home and spend more time with us. We’ve been able to focus on their education, hobbies, and family activities, which has been wonderful.”
“We’ve been able to reconnect as a family and focus on what’s truly important to us,” Josh said. “We’re grateful for the experience we had on ‘Relative Race,’ but we’re excited to move forward and create new memories together.”
Josh added, “We also realized that we were missing out on precious time with our daughters. We didn’t want to look back and regret not being present for their childhood. We decided that it was time to focus on our family and create memories that would last a lifetime.”
“We loved being on the show, but it was a lot of pressure,” Tiffany explained. “We were constantly worried about making mistakes, meeting deadlines, and trying to outdo the other families. It was taking a toll on our family, and we realized that we needed to prioritize our own well-being.”
As for the show, it continues to captivate audiences with its unique blend of family history, genealogy, and travel. New seasons have been released, featuring new families and exciting challenges. However, for many fans, the Lewises will always hold a special place in their hearts.
