Course Download | Udemy Odoo

Alex found dozens of sketchy websites: "FreeCourseDL," "TutsGalaxy," "UdemyUnlocked." Each promised a direct download link for the exact Odoo course. The comments sections were filled with desperate learners: "Link broken pls reupload" and "Thanks bro, working fine."

The search results were a dark alley of the internet.

He realized his mistake. Udemy has perpetual sales. The $85 course was actually $13. He bought it instantly. udemy odoo course download

Like any developer in a hurry, Alex turned to Udemy. He found a highly-rated course: "Odoo 16: Complete Developer's Guide." The price was $84.99. He hesitated. His budget was tight after moving cities. So, he did what millions do—he Googled a specific phrase:

Defeated but determined, Alex checked Udemy again. He noticed a banner: "New student? Courses start at $12.99 for the next 24 hours." Udemy has perpetual sales

Worse, his antivirus flagged a "setup.exe" that was masquerading as a "course player." It was ransomware. Alex narrowly avoided a disaster.

He clicked a link. A .zip file downloaded. Inside were grainy MP4 videos, missing the crucial exercise files and code repositories. Excited, Alex tried to follow along. But the first video was from Odoo 14 (not 16), the instructor’s English was butchered by a bad text-to-speech bot, and the GitHub link in the description was dead. Like any developer in a hurry, Alex turned to Udemy

Alex was a junior Python developer with a problem. His new job at a mid-sized logistics company required him to learn Odoo, the open-source ERP giant, fast. His boss needed custom modules for inventory management in two weeks. Alex had never touched Odoo.

About Bas on Tech

My name is Bas van Dijk, entrepreneur, software developer and maker. With Bas on Tech I share video tutorials with a wide variety of tech subjects i.e. Arduino and 3D printing.

Years ago, I bought my first Arduino with one goal: show text on an LCD as soon as possible. It took me many Google searches and digging through various resources, but I finally managed to make it work. I was over the moon by something as simple as an LCD with some text.

With Bas on Tech I want to share my knowledge so others can experience this happiness as well. I've chosen to make short, yet powerful YouTube videos with a the same structure and one subject per video. Each video is accompanied by the source code and a shopping list.
