Report: Corel Ventura 10 on Windows 10 Date: April 16, 2026 Subject: Legacy Desktop Publishing (DTP) Software Compatibility Software: Corel Ventura 10 (Standard/Publisher) Target OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro/Home (x64, build 19045+) 1. Executive Summary Corel Ventura 10 is not natively compatible with Windows 10. The software predates major Windows architectural changes (e.g., deprecation of WinHelp, 16-bit subsystems, UAC, and DPI scaling). Without significant workarounds, the application will fail to install, crash on launch, or exhibit severe interface/rendering errors. For professional DTP work, migration to a modern tool (Affinity Publisher, Scribus, or Adobe InDesign) is strongly advised. 2.
